At Lane Community College, we want every student to be successful. The Early Outreach Success Coaches are trained resource specialists, connecting students with meaningful campus resources for both academic & personal support. All student resources are included in tuition!

We appreciate you helping to improve the student experience. Please complete the referral by choosing all areas of concern that apply:

Refer a student to work with an Early Outreach coach

Select all areas of concern which apply:
Lack of engagement, missing assignments, attendance, skill development
Housing, food, financial resources
Mental wellness support (anxiety, depression, suicide, grief)
Sexual misconduct, domestic violence
Inappropriate classroom behavior, Plagiarism

For Basic Needs or Academic concerns:

If you are faculty and know the L Number for the student you're referring, please issue an alert in Navigate using these instructions:

  1. Open Navigate
  2. Under “Options” click “Issue an Alert”
  3. Enter “Reason for Alert”
  4. Submit

If you are a classified employee or don't know the L Number for the student you're referring, please email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu

If you are student self-referring or referring another student, please email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu
