Early Outreach and Referral Program

For Basic Needs or Academic concerns:

If you are faculty and know the L Number for the student you're referring, please issue an alert in Navigate using these instructions:

1. Open Navigate
2. Under “Options” click “Issue an Alert”
3. Enter “Reason for Alert”
4. Submit

If you are a classified employee or don't know the L Number for the student you're referring, please email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu

If you are student self-referring or referring another student, please email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu

Please send mental health concerns to the Mental Health & Wellness Center. Email mhwc@lanecc.edu

Please send all Title IX concerns to titleix@lanecc.edu
