The English as a Second Language (ESL) Department at Lane Community College has programs for adult students who wish to improve their oral and written communication skills for work, community, and academic goals. ESL is offering online and in-person courses. View our Course Schedule for Summer term and follow the steps below to enroll.

Step 3:  Register for class(es) with the office.

The mission of English as a Second Language is to assist non-native speakers, both resident and international students, to achieve educational, workplace or other personal goals by facilitating English language learning and intercultural understanding in a supportive, respectful environment.
