Culinary & Baking Programs Steps to Enroll
Space in the program is limited. Enrollment will begin in Winter term for the next Fall term. Students are encouraged to begin the steps below as early as possible.

We can assist you with scheduling and planning prior to enrollment, and set up communication to keep you updated about the application status, special events, or culinary tours.
If you are interested in enrolling in the 26-27 cohort:
- Complete LCC general admissions application and process required for all LCC students.
- Complete the Culinary Interest Form, which helps us track the number of students interested.
- Come to the Career Pathways office during CARE drop-in hours to review Culinary and Baking Program information and set up a Career Pathways account. If you cannot come in-person to the office, you can call 541-463-4701 or email culinaryprograms@lanecc.edu to make a remote appointment.
- You will need an Oregon food handler's card, which is required for entry into the program.
- After you've set up a Career Pathways account, you will be scheduled to meet with a Culinary Career Pathways Coach and complete a Career and College Success Plan. Once you complete this step you can be offered a spot in the program or on the waitlist.
- Remember to apply to fill out your FAFSA/ORSAA for financial aid.
English language learners are welcome to join, starting with the 5-week PASS Culinary Bridge session. See schedule below.
Coaching
All students in this program receive a dedicated Career Pathways Coach to support them through completion of their program. Career Pathways coaching emphasizes building personal relationships with students that develop over time, allowing coaches to provide support unique to each student's needs. Coaching services include:
- Academic progress monitoring (we help you stay on your plan)
- Internal college resource navigation
- External community resource navigation
- Financial, time management, and personal support plans
- Collaboration with community and industry agencies
