We want LCC to not only be a place for every student to succeed, but also a place for employers to find talent, for university partners to connect with their future students, for alumni to return for their next step, a place for faculty and staff to innovate, and for connections and relationships that make our community thrive.
I invite you to join me in a $30 million campaign that will transform the experience of our students, the effectiveness of our spaces, and the possibilities in our future. We will create networks, both physical and virtual, to bring together students, alumni, employers, and partners as we create a workforce and talent development hub for our region.

We want to serve all our students by removing their financial barriers, getting their
questions answered, their path defined, and resources clearly identified through:
- Critical academic scholarships;
- Basic needs support;
- Enhanced student outreach and onboarding.
Fill the Toolbox: State-of-the-Art Equipment
We will make tools and equipment essential to success more readily available to
students, providing the opportunity to learn on industry-leading equipment. Examples
include:
- Upgraded classroom and labs equipment for programs such as Nursing, Dental
Hygiene, Chemistry, Welding, and Media Arts, and more… - Tools and materials for students in programs such as Unmanned Aviation,
Culinary, Automotive, Construction, and Diesel, and more…
Forge Career Success: Workforce Experience and Program Excellence
Hands-on experiences and on-the-job learning give students the know-how to do the job
right and with confidence:
- Internships and work experiences with local businesses;
- Critical work skills training;
- Donor directed support for academic programs across campus.
