Enrollment Verifications

Current Students

If you are a current student and need to get an official Enrollment Verification, log into your myLane and open the Student Dashboard. Go to Student Records, and click "Enrollment Verification". This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse website where you can order an Enrollment Verification.

LCC students' enrollment status updates are sent to the National Student Clearinghouse after the refund period during the second week of the term, again on the sixth week, and the final submission is sent the week after the term ends.

Former students

If you are a former student, as in you are an inactive student without access to myLane, needing certification of their own enrollment or degree for personal reference or wanting to obtain an official Enrollment Verification, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse website to place an order.

Companies and/or agencies

If you are a company and/or agency wanting to to verify the credentials of job candidates or current employees, or obtain an official Enrollment Verification, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse website to place an order. 

Note: Third parties might be required to provide a copy of a student or alumnus’ signed consent to receive verification results. Regardless, you should always obtain signed consent from the individual before submitting a verification request.

Additional Information

Enrollment verifications can also be ordered using Parchment. Parchment is a secure, widely used service for K-12 schools, colleges, and employers.
