HIM Program students will be admitted once per year, in the Fall term. Admission is restricted and is based on completion of a program application.

  • HIM 120: 3 credits to 4 (1 cr. change); will meet HR requirement
  • HIM 125 Healthcare Data Analytics: Replaces CIS 125D
  • HIM 200: 3 to 4 credits-course revision
  • HIM 225 new course - replaces HP 220
  • HIM 222: 4 to 5 credits
  • HP 110: removed
  • HIM 114: removed
  • Total AAS program credits: 90 (includes 1 cr. elective)

Change your major to "Health Information Management"

From ExpressLane, select "myEnrollment" tab, then Student Academic Records and Transcripts.

Sign into Moodle (as guest for non-Lane students) and enroll in the Academic Advising Resource Health Information Management Moodle Course

Explore Student Resources

To help students succeed, Academic Learning Skills offers Effective Learning (EL115H): a credit class focused on study skills for students in health careers programs. Academic and Tutoring Services offers one-on-one tutoring in a variety of subject areas at no cost to students.
