Self Care

Sometimes you don’t need an appointment with a health care provider but still need a little help to get you through the rest of your school day. The Health Clinic is here for you! We have a self-care station in our lobby that has free supplies. No appointment needed; just help yourself!

Supplies we offer include:

• Band-Aids
• Cough drops
• Ibuprofen
• Claritin (allergy medication)
• Safer sex supplies
• Menstrual care products
• Toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss
• Naloxone (subject to availability)
• At-home Covid tests
• Emergency Contraception (Plan B)

Self-Care Resources

While the internet offers many resources for both professionals and patients, clinical decisions should not be based on information found online. If you do choose to use online resources to help guide you, it is important that the sites be reliable with up to date, evidence-based information. Below are a few recommended sites for information.
