International Programs understands how vital housing is to a student’s success. At Titan Court, we provide a welcoming, safe, and vibrant community for over 200 American and international students. Our dedicated staff, in collaboration with Titan Court management, is committed to delivering an excellent living experience to ensure our residents feel supported and at home.

Students enjoy a convenient, on-campus-downtown location, within walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores and shops-making it easy to get around and enjoy the vibrant city of Eugene.

Titan Court Units

 From a spacious studio, two, and four-bedroom layouts, find the right floor plan for you to kick back and enjoy your academic years to the fullest. The full funrnshed apartments come with the following amenities:

  • A fully equipped shared kitchen with seating, featuring a cooktop-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.  Perfect for preparing meals and sharing conversation over food.
  • A cozy living room furnished with a sofa, chair, — a great space to relax, unwind, or connect with roommates after a long day.

What to Bring:  Here is a checklist of what to buy once you arrive.

Our units do not permit pets, smoking, or candles.  For those that have a vehicle, there is tenant parking located across the street in the parking garage.

What to Expect at Move-In

Titan Court's friendly staff will be ready to greet you when you arrive at Titan Court. Upon arrival, you will:

  • Sign your housing lease
  • Pay a non refundable housing deposit to Titan Court
  • Receive your apartment keys

A Peer Mentor will escort you to your apartment and assist with your luggage. Inside your room, you’ll find a Move-In Kit and a list of Welcome Week events to help you settle in and start connecting right away.

Move-In Kit

Each arriving student will receive a move-in kit that includes:

  • XL bed sheets, blanket, pillow, shower curtain and towel
  • Water bottle, toilet paper and snacks

 

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Once you have applied to Lane Community College, each student and their agent (if student has one) will receive instructions on how to secure housing at Lane. If you have questions please email lanehousing@lanecc.edu

There are two steps to securing housing:

Step 1: Complete the housing form. This form will be emailed to you after you have been admitted to Lane.

Step 2: Visit Titan Court website to complete your housing applicaiton

A: If you are planning to live with your friend, fill out the “Do you have a specific person you want to share the apartment with?” on both your and your friend’s applications. 

A: Due to previous lease end dates and preparing the units for incoming students, we do NOT accept any early move-ins.  The only exception to this policy are pre-approved athletes arriving early due to practice schedules, If you arrive before the official move-in dates, you will need to arrange a hotel. List of local hotel options. Students arriving early can request a hotel pick up on the first day of move-in. 

It is important you arrive during the official move in dates for the term you are enrolled. Arriving late will impact your ability for airport pick ups and  Welcome Week events like mandatory orientation. 

We encourage all incoming students to arrive during the first day of arrival dates to better adjust to time change and engagement with welcome week activities.

A: You will pay the rent charges directly to Titan Court on a monthly basis through the resident portal.
