Bldg. 25 RM. 210
(541) 463-3175

Teachers: Karen (Karyn) Mestler, Amy Unfred

Our Otters classroom is home to our youngest explorers, ages 1 to 2. It is a joyful space where little ones are encouraged to move, discover, and wonder. Through sensory play, music, and hands-on experiences, children build confidence, curiosity, and early independence. Large windows allow easy viewing of the bird feeders and outdoor play area, and an atelier (a creative studio) invites young minds to flourish.

Jellyfish Classroom

Bldg. 25 RM. 206
(541) 463-3076/3186

Teachers: Nipa Patel, Yuliia Yanisiv, Marsha Ekberg

Our Jellyfish classroom welcomes children ages 2 to 3 in a nurturing and engaging environment. Children can explore and have fun in the play kitchen, relax in our cozy rest corner, and receive thoughtful support with potty training. We encourage curiosity, independence, and connection through child-led exploration in a responsive and caring setting.

Seals Classroom

Bldg. 25 RM. 205
(541) 463-3076

Teachers: Ginger Otto, Kathleen Hodges, Sarah Duke

Our Seals classroom serves children ages 3 to 5 in an open, natural environment. The space includes an atelier, an art studio that encourages creativity and self-expression. Our teachers thoughtfully challenge children to exceed their perceived limits, building confidence and supporting a smooth transition to kindergarten.

Sea Turtles Classroom

Our Sea Turtle classroom also serves children ages 3 to 5. Through play-based, child-led exploration and rich, open-ended materials, children deepen their thinking, strengthen social relationships, and build confidence as learners. Teachers place a strong emphasis on music and movement, and the classroom also features an atelier that supports creativity and expression.
