Quick and Easy STI Testing

The LCC Health Clinic has a quick and easy process for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing!

You can either call or stop in to make an appointment, or follow the directions below to do the STI screening online.

First, fill out the online STI screening form.

Then a nurse will contact you to set up an appointment to come to the clinic for testing.

Please fill out the online STI screening form only if you do not have any STI symptoms. If you think you have symptoms of a STI, or had sex with someone that has a STI please call the health clinic, as it is important that you receive treatment as soon as possible. If you need testing or treatment when the clinic is closed, see our resources list below for other STI testing clinics where you may be able to get in sooner.

We are able to bill insurance for STI testing, if you don’t have insurance, or don’t want your insurance billed for testing we have affordable and and even some free options available. You can discuss this with the nurse before getting tested.

If you have any questions or concerns, or need help with the online form, please call the health clinic at 541-463-5665 to speak with someone.

This service is for students that are eligible to use the health clinic. If you are not sure if you are eligible, check your student account to see if you paid the student health fee. If you are not eligible, you may opt in to use the health clinic.

Emergency Contraception (Plan B)

Free Emergency Contraception is available in the Health Clinic without an appointment. Ask for Emergency Contraception (plan B) at the front desk, or make an appointment with a provider to discuss the different emergency contraception options we have available.

We welcome all students to make an appointment to discuss birth control options. Prescriptions can be provided for oral contraception, injection (Depo-provera) topical (patch) and the vaginal ring. At this time we do not provide long acting contraception (IUD, and implant), these are available at other providers in the community, including Planned Parenthood.
