Lane's Art Galleries are committed to offering a rich and diverse cultural experience to the campus community as well as to the greater metropolitan area.
The Lane Community College Art Galleries offer visitors a transformative opportunity to experience life as depicted by regional, national, and international artists. It is our goal to provide exhibitions which are inclusive of a variety of media and concepts, that which enhance life long experiences. We also create educational opportunities for our students as well as provide an exhibition venue for area student artwork.
Located in building 11 on the main campus, the galleries include two adjacent exhibition spaces, the Roger Hall Gallery and the Main Art Gallery. The galleries are open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the regular academic year (closed Summer term and other breaks). Admission is free.

Art-O-Mat
Lane’s Art Gallery is home to Oregon's first Art-o-mat, a retired vintage cigarette machine converted to vend small works of original art. There are now over 100 Art-o-mats throughout the country, with three in Oregon!
The Art-o-mat project was created by artist Clark Whittington from North Carolina. With over 400 contributing artists across the globe, Art-o-mat collectors have been known to plan their travels around visiting Art-o-Mat locations. The pocket-sized artworks range from small paintings, sculptures, poems or any number of concept-driven art pieces. All artworks cost $5.00.
Visit the Art-O-Mat website to learn more, find other locations, or to become an Art-o-mat artist!
