Where to Get Help

While you can learn about some commonly needed resources below, Lane offers more resources for success than we possibly list here. Learn more about all the Student Resources available to students at Lane.

Student Help Desk

Contact the Student Help Desk for issues with Moodle, Expresslane, Zoom, Gmail, wifi and for laptop and Chromebook checkouts. For specific questions about your course (i.e. exams, assignments, due dates), contact your instructor.

Student Support Hub

You’ll be given access to the Lane Student Support Hub located in your Moodle dashboard so you can get help and prepare to learn in the remote or online environment. A list of tips and resources that may help you while you study at home can be found at LaneOnline: Keep Learning

Head to the Lane Support Hub Zoom Room for Live Help if you have technical difficulties with your classes or need free tutoring, peer mentoring and/or career exploration support.

Computer Labs

There is a computer lab open on campus for your computing and printing needs.


The Library is open online! Have a question? Live Chat available--click the orange "Ask Us" button. In addition to access to the Library’s online resources, you can physically borrow materials and pick up and return them.
