Enrollment in this program is limited to 30 students per year.
- Applicants must be Oregon residents or have F1 status.
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or a GED by the start of Fall Term 2019.
- Evidence of a physical examination (within the previous nine months), specific immunizations, and a background check must be provided prior to admission to the program. Details provided at the program orientation.
- Program expenses including tuition plus differential pricing are approximately $7451. Required student uniform, student issue, lab fees, and National Exam fees can total an additional $4402, for this nine month program. For information about financial assistance, visit the Financial Aid Office.

Point Based Application.
All applicants MUST be available on Wednesday, 5/20/20 for interviews in order to proceed in the application process. If you are invited, you MUST also attend a Mandatory Orientation on 6/4/20, 2-4:30 p.m.
New addition: Dental Clinic Observation hours for extra points: 6 hours observation in general dentistry clinic or specialty clinic. (This is highly recommended for 2020. In 2021, it will be an admission requirement.)
