Monkeypox (hMPXV)

Beginning fall term, the LCC Health Clinic will have a limited supply of monkeypox vaccine (Jynneos) available for students who meet the criteria. Please call 541-463-5665 to make a vaccine appointment or with questions.

The LCC Health Clinic also offers monkeypox testing for eligible students that have symptoms of monkeypox. Treatment is available for monkeypox so if you have a new rash, especially blisters or pimples on the genitals or around the anus, call us for an appointment for monkeypox testing and possible treatment. If the LCC Health Clinic is closed for break or a weekend, call your primary care provider or an urgent care clinic to ask about testing.

More information about monkeypox (hMPXV) from the OHA is available including how it is spread, more about the symptoms, and how to protect yourself.
