To Schedule an appointment with an Advisor:  Remote help via phone, email, or Zoom, open Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. See contact information below for options.

LCC is closed on Fridays during the summer.

LCC has implemented a vaccination requirement for students who are taking any classes in person. Students who are online/remote only are not subject to this requirement. However, if you are an online/remote only student and plan to come to campus for access to in-person services and support such as in-person advising, in-person counseling, in-person tutoring, and in-person library research assistance you must also meet this requirement. To receive these in-person student support services, you must meet the LCC Vaccine Requirement by submitting a Vaccination Status Reporting Form, and register for “In-Person Student Support” using Winter Term CRN 31558. This registration has no cost and will not appear on your student transcript.

Advisors try to keep their schedules updated for Zoom drop-in advising appointments as much as possible, but schedules are subject to change

Academic advisors are communicating with students via email, Zoom appointments, and phone. For the most up-to-date Zoom drop-in advising hours, call the Academic Advising Center at 541-463-3800.

  • Individual advising on a first-come, first-serve basis, max 15 minutes each.
  • Students need to have completed all Steps to Enroll first.
  • Bring questions that pertain to current and next term only.
  • *Not* suitable for SAP or max timeframe discussions.
  • Students must show up at least 15 minutes prior to the end of the advising hour.

Step-By-Step guide to finding Drop In in Navigate

You can find our drop-in availability by:

  1. Going to Lanecc.navigate.EAB.com
  2. Log in using your L# and password
  3. Select Appointments from the left-hand side menu
  4. Click on Schedule an appointment
  5. Click on View Drop-in Times
  6. Select service:
  7. Click on Find Available Time
  8. Select staff
  9. Under location select: Virtual
  10. Check both of our drop-in availability to see which best fits your schedule.

Your Career Community might not have Drop-in Zoom hours just yet, in which case you can email them or Schedule a Zoom Appointment.

  • Discuss Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) or max timeframe planners
