LCC board to conduct new member onboarding

EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will conduct three onboarding sessions for new board members. Dates and agenda topics for these trainings include:

Tuesday, August 15th: 3:30pm-5:00pm: Institutional Financial Status with Sue Fahey, Interim Vice President of Finance and Operations

Wednesday, August 23rd, 3:30pm-5:00pm: Shared governance, board policies, and statutory responsibilities with President Bulger and Michael Blade, General Counsel

Wednesday, August 30th, 3:30pm-5:00pm: Strategic Plan with President Bulger, Vice President of Student Affairs Dr. Colm Joyce, Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Shelley Tinkham, and Institutional Researcher Cathy Thomas
