With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, Weismann brings a deep understanding of organizational governance, equity-centered practices, and community-based service delivery.
Weismann’s leadership extends beyond her current role. She has served on the Lane County Poverty and Homelessness Board and is part of the faculty with Futures Without Violence, a nationally recognized organization advancing health and justice for survivors. In that capacity, she has trained nonprofit boards on governance, trauma-informed practice, and equity in service delivery.
