Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop

Second in a series: Come learn the basics of winter pruning on fruit trees, or more advanced pruning techniques! Open to all students (FREE), staff and Community (suggested sliding scale donation, cash, $20+). We will learn the basic techniques for apples, pears, and plums. Bring your own hand pruning tools and you will learn to sharpen and care for them as well, some tools available on site. We will meet in the Learning Garden on Main Campus, behind the Child & Family Center buildings. Bring water, tools, gloves, appropriate shoes and clothing for the weather please.
