Dance Studio

Studio 136:

Studio 136  is a newly built, state of the art dance space with 17 foot wood beam ceiling, mirrors along the front wall and fixed and moveable ballet barres, a piano, electronic sound system, and sprung marley floor. Natural light floods in from the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows that overlook the hillside surrounding the college. A dry erase board and a "smart classroom" screen are placed along the perimeter of the studio so that technique and choreography classes can engage in lecture discourse to enrich the physical processes of dance studies.

Studio 132:

Studio 132 features a sprung marley floor, mirrors, ballet barres, full spectrum lights, yoga and pilates mats, exercise balls, and a piano. Studio 132 is equipped to facilitate multiple genres of dance including tap, hip hop, and African.

Ragozzino Performance Hall:

The Ragozzino Performance Hall is located in Building 6 on the Northeast end of campus. The newly renovated Ragozzino Performance Hall is a traditional proscenium stage with a seating capacity of 500. The slight round of seating creates a warm sense for both the audience and performer. A state of the art computerized lighting system and equipment,  and use of black, grey or white marley floor make it a versatile and desirable dance performance venue. The stage is accessible from the house via side stage wings on house left and house right, and a vomitorium. Makeup and dressing rooms located directly below the stage can comfortably accommodate large casts. Both the Green Room and Costume Shop are also located below the stage. The Scene Shop is directly off stage right, with 18' X 10' load in/out doors.
