PTA Distant Campus Option in Southern Oregon

Interested in Lane’s Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program, but looking for an option closer to home?

Lane partners with Rogue Community College (RCC) to offer a distant campus option in Southern Oregon. This allows you to complete much of the program without relocating to Eugene.

Important: This partnership is reviewed and renewed each year, so the availability of the distant campus option may vary for future cohorts.

How the Distant Campus Works

  • Location: RCC Table Rock Campus in White City, Oregon
  • Format:
    • Online lecture courses with Lane faculty
    • In-person lab sessions with Lane faculty at RCC with small group instruction
  • Clinical experiences: Opportunities are available throughout Southern Oregon with established healthcare partners

This hybrid structure allows you to stay connected to your local community while completing a Lane PTA degree.

Costs

Students enrolled in the distant campus option pay an additional $1,000 per term, and additional lab course fees.

  • Estimated total additional cost: $5,400 over the program

Admissions and Priority Consideration

To be considered, you must submit a completed PTA program application by the published deadline.

Priority enrollment is given to applicants who live in Jackson, Josephine, or Klamath counties. Visit the PTA Application Information page for full requirements and timelines.
