LCC board to hold work session Oct. 6

EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will hold a special meeting and work session on Wednesday, October 6, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The meeting will be accessible through Lane’s event streaming page.

At 6:00 p.m., a special meeting will be called to order. The Board will consider candidates for the Presidential Search Advisory Committee. The Board will then adjourn the special meeting and move to a work session.

Work session topics include  updates the Cottage Grove Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), COVID-19 and the 2022-27 Strategic Plan; an ethics training and board statement; and a report on Community College Rules of Procurement.

Following the work session, if necessary, the Board will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel,  ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, and ORS 192.660(2)(f) Exempt Information.
