Welcome Back Scholarship

Lane is offering a $500 Welcome Back Scholarship to help get you back on track!

We want you back!

We may not know your reasons for stepping away from your educational goals, but we do know the ways we will support your comeback! 

With several learning modalities to choose from: in person, online or a little of both, we aim to meet your scheduling needs! Lane also offers many student resources for academic & personal support, all included in your tuition! If you’d like to be connected, the Early Outreach team is here for you! Please stop by Building 1, Room 100 or email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu today!

Are you ready?

Step 1:

  • Have you been absent for three or more terms? Please reapply to Lane.
    • Once you’ve reclaimed your L Number & Lane email account, go to Step 2.
  • Do you have an outstanding balance at Lane? Please connect with the Bursar to arrange a payment plan eligible for the Welcome Back Scholarship. You can call 541-463-3011 or email bursar@lanecc.edu. Be sure to note you intend to apply for the Welcome Back Scholarship, which may apply to your balance!
    • Once your payment plan has been arranged, go to Step 2.

Step 2:

  • Reconnect with Academic Advising to assist you with planning your Fall '24 courses.

Step 3:

  • Register for the Fall '24 courses you and your advisor mapped out before the first day of term! If you need assistance, come to Building 1, Room 103 or email earlyoutreach@lanecc.edu for remote assistance.

Step 4:

  • Apply for the Welcome Back Scholarship here! Applications are due by October 11, 2024. Scholarships are given on a first-in basis and funds are limited. To qualify, steps 1 - 3 must be completed prior to submitting your application.
