No matter what led you to stop attending Lane Community College, we're always ready to welcome you back. Your future is waiting for you and this fall term is a great time to return to Lane and finish what you started!

Welcome Back Scholarship

A past due bill for Lane holding you back? Apply for our fall Welcome Back Scholarship, with funds of up to $300 available to help pay your balance. Applications due September 19.

 

How to Apply

  1. Apply for readmission, if necessary: If you haven't attended classes for more than one year, you must apply for readmission.
  2. Fill out an application: You must complete a Welcome Back Scholarship application by September 19, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
  3. Consult with Academic Advising: Before registering for classes, you're required to connect with Academic Advising to create a class comeback plan for the Fall 2023 semester.
  4. Register for Classes: To qualify for the scholarship, you must register for the Fall 2023 semester and remain enrolled through October 5, 2023.

Important Note: If you have a registration hold due to an outstanding balance with the College, please contact the Bursar's office to lift the hold before registering:  Email bursar@lanecc.edu (from a LCC student email account, if possible) and include your L number and phone number.

Limited Funds, Apply Soon!

Funds for the Welcome Back Scholarship are limited. Please apply as soon as possible to increase your chance of receiving a scholarship.

Financial Aid

It’s not too late to fill out and submit a FAFSA. Financial Aid is more than just loans. Grants (funding that you don’t pay back) are available as well for qualifying applicants. We also offer the Work Study program, so you can get a job on campus.
