LCC Budget Committee meets May 5

EUGENE, Ore.—The Lane Community College Budget Committee will hold its first meeting of the year via Zoom on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

The meeting will be accessible through Lane’s event streaming page here:

Public comment may be made at the meeting via Zoom webinar by registering in advance here:

After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar.

Agenda: introductions, election of chair and vice chair, overview of budget committee responsibilities, presentation of budget message and orientation to proposed budget document, public comment, discussion, and information requests.

Future LCC Budget Committee meetings are tentatively scheduled for May 19 at 5:00 p.m., May 26 (if necessary) at 6:00 p.m., and June 2 (if necessary) at 5:00 p.m. The Board of Education is scheduled to adopt the budget at its June 16 meeting.
