These English Proficiency measures are for students with no previous US higher education applying to attend Lane full time (First time in College). Part time students will follow transfer student guidelines

High School in Specific Countries

Students who have attended national high schools in the countries listed below qualify for Proof of English with their high school transcripts as outlined below for each system.

Specified Countries: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ghana (if the student has a grade C (4-6) or better in English language) Iceland, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, South Africa, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA. 

Students from these countries can be directly admitted to Credit.

We will accept test scores or other proof of English for Transfer Students with previous US English Institute or high school but not for previous College or University.
