Lane's Mary Spilde Downtown Center affords the excitement of working, studying, playing, and living in the vibrant heart of Eugene in a LEED™-certified, state-of-the-art, sustainable facility. Being in the city core opens up a number of attractive options for low-impact transportation to and from the Mary Spilde Downtown Center.

Parking Options

If you're visiting the Mary Spilde Downtown Center by personal vehicle, Downtown Eugene offers paid street parking and garages. 

  • Handicap parking available for free in any of the garages.
  • The first hour of parking in the city garages is free.
  • All parking downtown is free after 6 p.m.

Take a Bus

The Mary Spilde Downtown Center is located across the street from the Eugene downtown transfer station. You'll find several route options available through Lane Transit District (LTD). Your transportation fee includes a bus pass!

Bike It

You'll find that Eugene is a bike-friendly city and downtown offers several bike corral options, as well as bicycles available through a local bike share program

Bike Lane is our own home-grown program designed to make it easy for you to join the alternative transportation revolution! 

At Titan Court, we have 54 indoor bike parking spots for residents, located the NW corner of Titan Court. There are 10 bikes for day check out for residents to use as they need for commuting, errands, fun, and fitness. In the academic building, there are 47 indoor bike parking spots for occupants of the building, located on the north side of the building at the alley. You'll also find plenty of bike parking corrals near the building. Need a tune-up or repairs? Hutch's Bike Shop is conveniently located on Charnelton Street, right across from Titan Court!

Commuter Options

Seeking other transportation options? Get There is an online tool that helps commuters identify carpool/vanpool, transit routes, walk/bike partners and other options to make commuting easier and shift practices and habits one trip (or not) at a time. There also several taxi and rideshare providers available in the region.

Parking validation

Parking in the nearby city garages is free for the first hour. Students who have classes at the Mary Spilde Center are eligible for parking garage validation. Check with your respective program for more information. Parking validation may be available to visitors. Before your visit to the Mary Spilde Center, check-in with the respective program for information about validation options.
