Titans Track & Field sets sights on sweep at 2023 NWAC Championship

GRESHAM, Ore. — The Lane Titans Track and Field teams are making waves after an outstanding first day at the 2023 Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) Track and Field Championships, hosted at Mt. Hood Community College, Gresham, Oregon.

The Titan women are leading the field after finishing Monday's events with a commanding 54 points. Close on their heels is Spokane with 50 points, while Southwestern Oregon Community College finished in third with 35 points.

In the men's competition, the Titans delivered an impressive performance, ending the day in second place with 62 points, just behind Spokane's 73 points. Clackams is currently in third place with 35 points.

The NWAC Track and Field Championship concludes Tuesday, May 23. All supporters, friends, and families are invited to join and cheer for the Titans. Live results and video coverage will be provided. For those who wish to witness the action in person, tickets are available for purchase online.
