EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education Ad Hoc Committee will meet Friday, January 2, 2026 via Zoom at 12:00 pm and will be accessible via Lane’s event streaming page.
The purpose of this Ad Hoc Committee meeting is to conduct a detailed review of the proposed 3-Year Strategic Mitigation Plan.
Agenda Items:
- Election of Committee Chair: The committee will formally elect a presiding chair for the duration of the review process.
- Scope and Methodology: Discussion on the timeline and goals for the committee’s recommendations.
- Inquiry and Clarification: Review of the 3-Year Strategic Mitigation Plan, including clarifying questions for staff and administration regarding data and assumptions not previously addressed in full board sessions.
