Strategic Plan

Lane’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan is organized around six goals as listed below. The strategic goals were identified under guidance from the Board of Education, the Strategic Plan Steering Committee and Operations Committee, with extensive feedback and survey data from employees, students, and community members.

Moving forward, the College will renew the plan with goals that will shape our course over the next five years, 2027-3032. The Strategic Plan renewal process will build upon the work completed in the past to establish a roadmap for the future. The plan will be shaped by extensive community engagement and stakeholder feedback.

Plan Development Timeline

• Planning, Consultant Selection, Process Launch – July to September 2026
• Stakeholder Engagement – October to December 2026
• Draft Plan Development – November 2026 to January 2027
• Additional Campus Consultation and Review – February 2027
• Plan Finalization – March to April 2027
• Board Review and Approval – May to June 2027
• Plan Goes Live – July 2027
