Program and Application Information

Lane's EMT, AEMT and Paramedicine Programs are accredited through the State Board of Education and the Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development. The Paramedicine Program is also nationally accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.

Point Based Application.

24 Students are accepted into the 2nd year of the EMT/Paramedic Program. Most points are awarded based on grades earned in the required courses of the 1st year of the EMT/Paramedic Program.

All applicants who qualify will be asked to interview at a date TBA, adjusting for COVID-19. The exact date will be given in Interview Notification email, at a later date. The interview will be a requirement for Fall Entry per Fall 2020 PARA Application Information Packet.
