LCC board to meet Feb. 16

EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will hold a special meeting and work session Wednesday, Feb. 16, beginning at 6 p.m., via Zoom.  The meeting will be accessible through Lane’s event streaming page.

At 6 p.m., a special meeting will be called to order to appoint Zone 2 and Zone 5 Budget Committee members. The Board will also consider a resolution in support of Senate Bill 1545 before adjourning the special meeting and moving to its work session.

The work session agenda includes an update on PERS bond sales, Cottage Grove FQHC, FY23 Budget and tuition discussion, and board policy legal updates.

If necessary, following the work session, the Board will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel, ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, and ORS 192.660(2)(f) Exempt Information.
