The Facillities Front Office Desk receives requests for work to be performed by Facilities Management and Planning via MegaMation.
Or, you may send email to firstname.lastname@example.org, phone at (541) 463-5216, or stop by in person in our main lobby area located inside the front entrance on the second floor southwest side of building 7. The closest customer parking is located on the north side of the building, in the northeast corner of the main campus.
The following information gives general guidelines for the Facilities Front Office Desk operation.
Work Requests may be submitted by phone at (541) 463-5216, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. After hours calls will be forwarded to voicemail and will be assigned a work order number during the hours of operation on the next scheduled business work day.

Requests for set up of special events must be submitted through MegaMation by authorized administrative staff designated in your division.
