Lane provides email and calendaring services for employees utilizing Google Gmail and Calendaring. On July 22, 2019, Lane switched from Novell GroupWise to Google Gmail and Calendaring to provide these services.

The Network Team maintains a reliable, secure, efficient network, both wired and wireless.
The College Network physically encompasses the Eugene Main Campus, Mary Spilde Center, Oregon Small Business Development Network at the Wildish Building, KLCC, Flight Technology and Return-To-Service (RTS) at the Eugene Airport as well as Florence, Cottage Grove and the Goodwill in Springfield.
The Programming Team provides support for the central college administrative systems. Other administrative software currently supported includes scheduling software, Resource25, 25live; a forms application for checks, transcripts, etc., Evisions; an electronic payment solution, TouchNet.; and an electronic paper forms and workflow application, Etreive.
Information Technology provides a variety of training opportunities for administrative applications.
