The Student Help Desk has chromebooks and a limited number of laptops for checkout to students who do not have a reliable source of technology to complete remote/online classes. You must be enrolled in the term you request an equipment loan.

Hours, Contact and Support

Staff assist students with Laptop and Chromebook loans, Moodle, myLane, WiFi access, and other academic technologies. 

The SHeD is located in the Library, Center Building, 2nd floor. 

Summer 2022 Hours

  • Mon - Thurs: 9am-4:30pm
  • Fri/Sat/Sun: Closed

Zoom Hours Summer 2022 (Lane Support Hub):

June 20th - Aug. 12th (Weeks 1-8):

  • Mon-Thurs:10am-5pm
  • Fri/Sat/Sun: Closed

Aug. 15th - Aug. 26th (Weeks 9-10):

  • Mon-Thurs:10am-2pm
  • Fri/Sat/Sun: Closed

Aug. 29th - Sept. 9th (Weeks 11-12):

  • Mon-Fri:10am-2pm
  • Sat/Sun: Closed

Campus and SHeD are closed:
