LCC board to meet June 15

EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will hold a special meeting and work session Wednesday, June 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the boardroom, building 3, main campus, 4000 E. 30th Ave, Eugene. Due to current COVID conditions in Lane County, masks will be required for all attendees. Both meetings will also be accessible via Lane’s event streaming page.

At 6:00 p.m., a special meeting will be called to consider approval of an agreement with the Lane Community College Education Association.  The Board will then adjourn the special meeting and move to a work session.

Agenda items for the work session include a Strategic Plan update, board policy review, results of a board self-evaluation, discussion of 2022-23 board chair and vice chair, 2022-23 board calendar, and board budget.

Prior to the special meeting, at 5:30 p.m., the Board will meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel, ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, and ORS 192.660(2)(f) Exempt Information.
