LCC board to hold special meeting and work session March 20

EUGENE, Ore. — The Lane Community College Board of Education will meet for a special meeting and work session on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the LCC boardroom, building 3, 4000 E. 30th Ave, Eugene. The meeting will be accessible via Lane’s event streaming page.

The agenda item for the special meeting includes:

  • LCCEF Contract Ratification

Following adjournment of the special meeting, the board will meet for a work session. Agenda items for the work session include:

  • Program Spotlight: Lane Aviation Program
  • Board Policy Updates
  • Deferred Maintenance Investment Discussion
  • Composite Financial Index and Three Year Financial Plan 
  • Career and Technical Education Educator 1-Year Certificate
  • Year Round Registration 

Following the work session, the Board may meet in Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations, ORS 192.660(2)(h) Legal Counsel, ORS 192.660(2)(e) Real Property Transactions, ORS 192.660(2)(f) Exempt Information, and  ORS 192.660(2)(o) - safety and security, and ORS 192.660(2)(p) - cybersecurity.
