It shall be the responsibility of the Curriculum Development Coordinator to monitor all active courses.

Inactivating a Course

  1. On a quarterly basis, Curriculum and Scheduling staff shall administratively inactivate any course that has not been taught for at least eight consecutive terms.
  2. To inactivate a course at any other time, it shall be the responsibility of the division/department chair to send a memo to the Curriculum and Scheduling office requesting that the course be inactivated.
  3. It shall be the responsibility of Curriculum and Scheduling staff to update the curriculum files and also the college catalog of credit courses as it is maintained in the college's administrative software system (Banner).

Reinstating a Course
