The Network Team provides file storage for college business.

IT Help Desk
The Information Technology Help Desk provides technical support for software installation and troubleshooting of computer problems.

Internet access
Lane provides access to the World Wide Web for our students, employees, and members of the community.

Network services
The Network Team maintains a reliable, secure, efficient network.

Wide Area Network (WAN) Administrators are responsible for providing, installing, debugging, servicing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide College network.

The College Network physically encompasses the Eugene Main Campus, Downtown Center, Oregon Small Business Development Network at the Atrium Building, Small Business Development Center at the Wildish Building, KLCC, Flight Technology and Return-To-Service (RTS) at the Eugene Airport as well as Florence, Cottage Grove.

Programming services
The Programming Team provides support for the central college administrative systems. Other administrative software currently supported includes scheduling software, Resource25, 25live; a forms application for checks, transcripts, etc., Evisions; and an electronic payment solution, TouchNet.

Training services
Information and Academic Technology provides a variety of training opportunities for administrative applications.
