Purpose: 

This procedure describes the process, including the form, for enrolling in a direct deposit program at the employee's bank. Direct Deposit is used for Lane employee paychecks.

Narrative: 

LADD is the process by which an employee's net pay may be deposited directly to the employee's bank account. Most area banks participate in the LADD system, though an employee should call Human Resources (541) 463-5586 to ensure that the employee's bank is in the LADD system.

To enroll in LADD, an employee must process and sign a Lane Community College Payroll Direct Deposit Authorization Form (with a voided check attached) and submit the form to Human Resources.  Authorization/change forms are available in Human Resources or on the Human Resources web site.
