Find an Exercise Partner

Looking for an exercise partner?

Do you like to walk, jog, lift weights, work out in the Fitness Education Center, swim, kayak, play sports, line dance, etc.? Exercising is much more fun when done with another person. Stastics have shown that those who exercise with at least one other person are 85% more likely to exercise regularly and will stay committed to being active more so than if they had exercised on their own.

If you would like to find an exercise buddy, please email Wendy Simmons and include the following information:

  • Type of exercise/activity you would like a buddy for (you can list more than one type of exercise/activity)
  • Days/times you want to exercise
  • Preferred method of contact and contact information
  • Any other information you want to include

Based on the emails received, we will contact you to let you know that we have found an exercise partner for you with similar exercise likes. You will then have the option of contacting the other person so as to begin exercising together. If you have any further questions, please contact Wendy. Exercise partners unite!
