Professional and organizational development (POD) curriculum provides a well-rounded staff development approach. Convening of the State is a one-day event dedicated to the presentation and discussion of a guided pathways model leading to increased student retention and success in community colleges led by Davis Jenkins a senior research associate at the Community College Research Center, Columbia University.
