Printer Supplies and Service

Receiving supplies and service for your networked laser printer is easy.

The printer has a new metallic sticker that has an important piece of information, the Equipment ID#.

For printers it normally begins with a P or a Q, use this number when requesting supplies or service.

If your printer does not have a sticker but is networked contact PG to have it added to the printer program.

Printers that use wet ink or are connected via a USB cable must purchase paper and toner/ink separately.

Printer Service

For mechanical problems always call CTX first.  CTX (Copytronix) is the only authorized service vendor for desktop printers at LCC.  If you call another service vendor you will be required to pay their invoice.

When calling for service try to be as descriptive as possible and have your Equipment ID# ready. We will first try to fix the device remotely, with your assistance. When leaving a message or sending an email please leave a contact phone number along with your name and a complete description of the problem, including the Equipment ID# which is listed after the Your ID# on a CTX sticker.

Supplies from CTX will be provided through the LCC Warehouse. We will deliver toner, staples, and paper for printers. Deliveries will be made during a regularly scheduled delivery route, most likely on Tuesdays and Thursdays in conjunction with Specialized Support Services. Emergency deliveries are available if absolutely necessary and if Mailroom/PG staff are available to make the delivery.  Also, in the event of an emergency, a department can make arrangement to pick-up paper and toner at the mailroom.

Please return all used toner cartridges and toner bottles and related packages to the LCC Mailroom/Warehouse in Building 7.  The best practice is to place the empty (used) toner bottle/cartridge into the box of the new toner bottle/cartridge and then place that box in your intercampus mail.  You can direct it to David Macon or Gary Conklin at the LCC Warehouse.  [Some toner cartridges boxes will have a UPS or FEDEX authorized return sticker/label in the box, if so you can attach this sticker to the box and give it directly to the UPS/FEDEX driver--if you are on a regular UPS/FEDEX route.  Otherwise send box to LCC Mailroom/Warehouse]

Copier Service

For copier service please call the phone number on the copier's sticker.  CTX (Copytronix) or POA (Pacific Office Automation) are the only authorized copier service vendors for LCC.  If you call another service vendor you will be required to pay for their service fees and repair costs.

Please be prepared to give the Equipment ID# which is the Your ID# for CTX.

The POA copier number is on the sticker as is the toll free number to call for service.
