To request an account:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The 25Live Administrator will create the user account and send a confirmation email with the account and a password to the requester.
- The 25Live account holder can then set up their own account preferences in 25Live.
Prerequisite: If the request for an account to become an event requester, the employee will need to have an established GroupWise email account prior to submitting this request. Overview and practical training in the use of the Lane Events request system is not required, but highly recommended for access.
