The annual Women in Technology and Trades event is held concurrent to High School Connections Hands-On Career Exploration Day each spring. Two sessions are sponsored and facilitated through the Gender Equity Center. One is a presentation on women in non-traditional careers and the other is a panel discussion by women in industry. Both sessions are open to all students at LCC and to area high school students.
Attendees have opportunites to ask questions and to visit with the panelists during a lunch that is served after the panel.
