This procedure describes priority use for the Renaissance Room, and the reservation process.
Scheduling preference is given to Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program classes that are held in the Renaissance Room because of its proximity to the training area.
When classes are not being held in the Renaissance Room, the Renaissance Room is available to departments for regular use. Regularly scheduled meetings may be preempted for special meetings as determined by the president. At least two days notice should be given to allow regular users time to make other arrangements.
Use of the Renaissance Room can be scheduled through Curriculum and Scheduling.
