APROC Annual Process Review Evaluation Retreat - September 23-24, 2019

Prior to Fall 2019, APROC and colleagues meet for two full days of reviewing the APR process and practices to find ways to enhance program review.

Fall 2019 In-Service - September 26, 2019

During the Sept 2019 Fall In-Service for employees, lead faculty who have completed their self-study report will provide insight into their process via posters in the CML lobby alcoves. This will be followed by a presentation about APR. Please join us. See the In-Service schedule for details.

Orientation/Kickoff for Programs Joining APR - October 10-11, 2019

In October 2019, new participants (lead faculty, program faculty and deans) will be invited to attend one of two orientation sessions where they will learn about the process, meet their APR and Assessment coaches, schedule a consultation with Institutional Research, preview the database that will help them chart their progress and discuss their first steps.

If your program is beginning its self-study phase this year, or you are considering taking up APR this year, or if you are just curious, please attend and learn more about Academic Program Review at Lane.

Implementation Plans due - November 30, 2019

Faculty and deans beginning year 2, the Implementation Phase, collaboratively draft an Implementation Plan, meet with the Implementation Steering Team and complete their plan by Nov 30th. For more information see APR Year 2 webpage.

Luncheon with Mid-Cycle PRC Leads (Y3), APROC, VP Paul Jarrell - January 29, 2020

During year 3, program teams may review their process, check on priorities, consider recommendations, update implementation plans, change strategies, refine goals and make any other needed adjustments.

Winter Check-in for PRC Leads (Y1) with APROC and IR - February 20-21, 2020

During Winter term, Program Review Committee leads working on their self-studies meet with their coach, members of APROC and Institutional Research to discuss their progress and timelines, share any barriers they've encountered, request support, and share their discoveries.

Lane Board of Education Report - February 19, 2020

Academic Program Review presented its annual report to the Board at the February 2020 Board Meeting.

APROC Annual Process Eval. with Paul Jarell - Provost and Executive Vice President - April 16, 2020

APROC will meet with ASA VP & AVP to discuss the APR process and mutually consider and implement improvements. This annual step is part of the continuous improvement process.

APR Spring Round-Up for PRC Leads (Y1) April 16-17, 2020

PRC Leads from all programs undertaking their self-studies presented their findings and brought forward their questions during the Spring Roundup, 2019. Another Roundup will be held annually. This meeting provides support to leads and engages faculty across disciplines in the process of completing their self-study reports.
