Your Employee Wellness Program, LIFE (Lasting Improvements For Employees) is here for you. Our mission is to foster health and wellness among Lane Community College employees and their families; hence "Life in the Wellness Lane" is our motto. Our vision is to enhance employee wellness through physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental and occupational health components.

LIFE has a variety of offerings for you. LIFE events and classes are open to all Lane employees, their spouses/domestic partners and their dependents, and retirees.

A Wellness Advisory Team serves to provide recommendations, participate in making decisions, represent departments and divisions campus-wide and assist with wellness activities. Quarterly plans and yearly plans are continually being developed and we welcome your input.

Some of the quarterly activities include "Know Your Numbers" health screenings, weight watchers at work and a pilates class. See Upcoming Events for details about these and more.
