Having the college catalog on the web allows us to make changes in content in a more timely manner. We also want to present official catalog material in an accurate and consistent way. To maintain the integrity of the college catalog as an official and legal college document, please follow these guidelines:

1. Do not duplicate or alter catalog information: link directly to the Online College Catalog.
2. Send your catalog corrections to Angela Miller, Institutional Research, Assessment and Planning, ext. 5593. Obvious errors, such as typographical errors or formatting inconsistencies, will be corrected immediately. Changes in content or curriculum will be sent to Curriculum and Scheduling to be reviewed at the end of each quarter. Degree changes will be reviewed by the Degree Review Committee. Changes in descriptive information must be approved by the department chair. If approved, changes in the online college catalog will be made quarterly.
3. Please follow one of two attached formats for referring to the catalog on your department's first page. Option 1 is the standard format. Option 2 is for departments that want to provide additional information about their programs and do not want to list their programs twice on their first page. If you provide additional information about your programs, you may link to official catalog material as much as you'd like, but please do not replicate college catalog material.

Option 2: For Departments that want to provide additional information about their programs
