Pay Disbursements (Advance Pay vs Confirmed Pay)

An advance payment can be requested if application for education benefits is done more than 30 days prior to the first day of the term.  A payment will be issued for the student and sent to the college for release.  The payment will cover any portion of the month the term begins and the following month.  Student must be registered for courses in order to receive payment.  Subsequent payments are processed as Confirmed Enrollment.

Confirmed Enrollment (Ch. 30, 1606)

Payments are issued only after verification of enrollment has been done - no sooner than the last day of the month.  Payments are issued within 5 days of verification.
