GED Testing - Schedule
Schedule | Information

Fall Term 2008

You must attend a registration & orientation session before you can take the GED tests.

Pay the $75.00 test fee at Enrollment Services before you attend a Registration & Orientation session. Bring your receipt with you.

You will NOT be admitted to the Registration & Orientation session if you arrive late.

You MUST have your photo I.D. with you at Registration & Orientation.

If you are under 18, you must have an “Exemption from Compulsory Attendance” letter from your school district or be in an approved GED Options Program and must have the current paperwork with you at Registration & Orientation.

To save time during orientation we prefer you do your demographic information online; however you will need an email address.  Please go to GED123.org to get started.  Follow the instructions below:

  • Click on begin to start because you are a new student.
  • Click on Oregon in the map.
  • Click on continue.
  • Complete the information including email address and then click continue.
  • Close this webpage and open your email account.  You will get an email from GED123.org. 
  • Click on the highlighted information and you will complete your demographics from there.
  • After you complete your demographics please click on print you must bring this page with you to the orientation. 
  • Don’t forget to also bring your ID, receipt and your high school paperwork if under 18 years of age.

Testing is by appointment only.  If you have goine through the Orientation and Registration in Building 1, Room 116 and paid the fee of $75.00 you will be able to sign up online to make an appointment.  Look at the GED schedule below to determine the day and time you want to test.

To make a GED appointment you will need to know your L# (Lane's student ID number).  If you do not know or remember your L# go to Expresslane and click on Need Your User ID/L#?  If the online scheduling does not allow you to make an appointment and it's after October 1, 2008, please call the Testing Office at 541-463-5324.

All tests are given in the Center Building, Room 12 (in the basement).

You must call (463-5324) at least one day ahead to register for an exam.

You will need to arrive at the test room (Center Building, Room 12) at least 15 minutes before your testing time. You will not be admitted to the test if you arrive late.

You MUST have your I.D. with you at each test.

*In the combined test sessions, you may take only ONE test during a time slot. Choose between Social Studies, Reading, OR Science.
