2007-08 Reading Together Theme and Books

The theme for 2007-08 has been chosen:
War: Loss, Survival, and Reconciliation

In accordance with this theme, the books are:

The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien, a novel

The Souvenir: a Daughter Discovers Her Father's War by Louise Steinman, a memoir. 

Louise Steinman will be visiting Lane Community College and the Eugene community during winter or early spring.  Dates will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.
